This place is fine!! We stay here for horse shows. It is very retro, but clean.
I think it's kind of nostalgic. I didn't feel unsafe - but then again, I live in Chicago.
If you are expecting a palace for this price, well, you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep and shower, this is just fine.
Old but clean and cozy motel at bargain price. Nice staff. No frills. Older but pleasant decor.
I have been staying here for about two weeks now and I am very pleased with everything. Everyone is so friendly, the room was extremely clean, and it's cheap! I feel like I know my neighbors really well and everyone seems to care for each other. There are only a few employees so they all interact with their guests which is nice and makes it feel homey. I would definitely recommend the hilltop for both short and long stays. ????
