“Generally a good trail going in either direction. Crushed gravel, so tires should probably be 32mm or larger. NOTE: 3/23/19 2.5 miles west from the Sullivan trailhead, new gravel was placed on a section of the trail. Imagine riding in sand. Not fun. Also, the trail was still thawing out, so there are many muddy spots.”

“We lived here for a number of months in our travel trailer while our house was being built. Linda and her daughter are wonderful and run a tight ship. Some of the amenities are dated as stated below, but very clean and functional. Any issues we had were always taken care of.”
