  Great place to hike and explore. Careful around hunting season because its also used for hunting. **When I say be careful I mean its rude to interrupt the hunters and scare off potential game. You WONT get shot.**

  For a poor man who owns no land this space is a little piece of heaven I can go to escape the hustle and bustle of the modern world. No matter how bad I am at hunting I am more than happy to just be there and appreciate the land that has been set aside. The trails could use some clearing, I would be more than happy to contribute to this if someone would like to contact me.

  The gem of southeastern Wisconsin. The terrain in this protected area is so diverse it's crazy. Farm fields, rolling hills, swamps, a lake, creeks, pine forests, old growth oak forests, prairies, bog, even juniper and tall grass that looks like desert highlands. All of it laced with great hiking trails. I've been hiking it for years and I'm still finding places I haven't seen before. Just stay away during hunting season if you're not hunting. Lots of guns going off out there during those times. Otherwise, it's one of my favorite places.

  Nice place but not archery friendly.
  I read somewhere where it was archery friendly. I just kept hearing gun shots going off and it was during archery season.
