(January 31, 2019, 4:45 pm)The rebuilt lobby is terrible. I am not sure why the redid it, when the previous layout was perfect. I wish they would revert back to it. This new trend of redoing interiors of these restaurants, has been very poor and lacks the ergonomic comfort it used to have. Especially as someone who has a bad back. The new backrests are terrible.
Other than that, I am really pleased with this McDonald's, fast and courteous service. Food is always fresh and hot.
(January 10, 2019, 2:47 pm)This McDonald's just went through an inside remodel to have more current tech and able to offer higher level customer service. Site offers self ordering, now has order to table (inside and on mobile app) like Culver's, and easier to read menus, larger tables for bigger groups. One thing I didn't like is the removal of the TV, but if I have my headset with their WiFi is good enough to stream movies and browse the internet.
Service is one of the faster locations and normally don't have to much issues with getting the orders wrong. I once had an issue with a mobile order and the manager took care of everything so I could get back to work quickly. Managers are often in the front line or walking food out to the pickup locations. All around a great crew here.
