(February 13, 2019, 8:35 pm)The staff there are extremely nice!!! They genuinely care for all of the animals in their care!!! I volunteered at another shelter and the staff were so mean to me. A friend told me about Safe Harbor and I fell in love!!! It is an extremely ckean facility. It's a wonderful place. They have a very high adoption rate, which is wonderful, (the other shelter that I volunteered at, didn't have the high adoption rate.) Their adoption prices are extremely reasonable!!!
(February 11, 2019, 8:56 am)From what I've heard, this place was infamous back in the day. I really think they've turned it around though. They take any animal brought in and they don't euthanize any animal brought in like they used to. The staff is friendly and if you're interested the volunteer program to help socialization of cats/dogs is something you should look into.
(November 8, 2018, 8:12 am)This is where you should be adopting a pet in Kenosha. The background they gave on my new cat, Freddie, was so incredibly thorough. Easy adoption process, clean facilities. Go here, and find a lot of pets who need a home.

I had to put down my beloved German Shepherd Omega❤❤????????:( The staff was caring & compassionate during are time of need. I cant say enough about the service they provide. Million ???? stars.
