“The prices are definitely better than department stores, however since Burlington and Ross are right next door, and they've started getting much better quality items in stock so they're really giving Marshall's a run for their money lately. Since you can get the same quality items just a lot cheaper at Burlington and Ross. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. I've only come across one manager (I think), a few months ago, who was pretty rude and tried to argue with me about a return item. But overall I've never had any issues and I shop there quite a bit.”

“The prices are great, way better than Marshall's and Burlington. Lately, they've had a better selection than Marshall's. My local Ross' staff is so very nice. They do seem slightly understaffed, but that seems common anymore. Even still, they don't act rude.”

“This Kohl's carries a good variety of sizes or at least within 1 size for women. It's difficult to find a size 8 because of it's popularity. But I have gone to 3 different stores an not one had an 8, I had gone up one size. Good store they just need to get a better handle on supply and demand.”
