Management and front desk staff member went above and beyond when we needed emergency help for our daughter. She was greeted with a smile along with the warm cookies, goodie bag and coupon for breakfast. Once in her room she was contacted by the front desk to be sure she was OK. The same front desk staff member contacted us to let us know she had arrived safely and was in her room. We had to contact management before she could arrive at the hotel and we received a response from him within 10 minutes of our inquiry. DoubleTree came through for us in a big way - DEFINITELY will be staying here again in the future!!
(January 7, 2019, 12:37 pm)This review is specifically for the events venue. I did not stay overnight at this hotel. The venue was nice. The silverware, plates, and candle centerpieces looked great. Bartending service was good as well, the beer selection could be better. My biggest gripe is the food. Salads were good, but the main course was horrible. Food was luke warm at best, rice tasted so bland, and vegetables were about as salty as the dead sea. This would be 3 stars but the front desk did leave a good impression on me directing me to the venue. 4/5

(November 4, 2018, 6:41 pm)I am staying here always during business trips. This is the best hotel in this area. The rooms are always clean and cozy. You always get a warm cookie from the friendly staff and they also have an indoor pool. Also their is a nice bar / restaurant attached! Only a few steps away is an Premium Outlet. Nothing to declare here.
