(February 16, 2016, 6:04 pm)I have been going to Bassett Auto for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are fair, honest and trustworthy. They won't tell you you need repairs when you don't just to make a buck for themselves. You can't go wrong going here.

(October 10, 2013, 9:52 am)Everything about Bassett Auto is five stars. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They will work diligently to find out what is wrong with your car and fix it properly the FIRST time. Over the years we've dealt with auto repair shops that will try and sell you "fixes" that your car doesn't need or frighten you into having your car fixed then and there without letting you get a second opinion. This DOES NOT happen at Bassett Auto - they are a first class automotive repair facility. For some people, cost is the most important part of auto repair, at Bassett Auto, their pricing is very competitive and (from our experiences) always less than a dealer would charge. Bassett Auto is always our first choice when it comes to auto repair!
