North Park

Small cozy park literally only 2 parking spots. Much better than Erickson Park neerby.

There's lovely playground equipment, swings, a sandbox, merry go round, picnic tables, and a basketball court.

It's a nice park with a lot going for it, but there's a bit of issues that make locals avoid it for other parks around the lake.

To start with the basketball hoops are weird heights, and fling your ball away. You may get worse at basketball if you play here.

Second, it's next to a flood plain / forest so a lot of mosquitoes. Make sure to bring or wear some bug spray. Sometimes it's not that bad with them.

And lastly, it's a flood plain. This road specifically will flood if it rains for too many days. So consider the park closed on those rare days. lol
