(October 14, 2018, 10:18 am)My experience with Autumn Leaves has been as a visiting nurse for some in house treatments. While I had my doubts about the care staff my first few visits, there was a young lady that stuck out in particular that made my heart melt. She is an aspiring nursing student who has a warm auroa and seems to know what her patients need before they can ask. Always willing to help. Always smiling. The way she interacts with the patients is phenomenal. Madison is reliable and eager to help. Nurse Brenda and her assistant are knowledgeable and just as approachable. Definitely check them out.

My husband and I flew in from Nashville to visit a loved one here, and the community was immaculate and staffed by some of the most caring and courteous folks. The nurse Brenda and her assistant Phil are really some of the nicest and most caring individuals I’ve met. I felt with grandmas transition here, from her old residence was one of the best moves my uncle could have made.

(September 13, 2018, 1:34 am)My wife's mother and father have been in Autumn leaves at least 6 months or more and received the most attention and care anyone could ask for . Managers Wayne and Michelle went out of their way to be sure that the caring staff did well. Everyone gives 110 percent.
