“We had our roofing job completed the week of May 14, 2018. The workmanship was very good and the tear-off & replacement was completed in 1.5 days. The dumpster was removed from the driveway the day after. The crew did a really nice clean-up job on the grass, deck, and shrub beds. Garitt, the sales rep and crew lead, was great to work with - knowledgeable, honest, and is not a high pressure salesman. He clearly explained the aspects of the job and documented the agreements on the contract. He provided the post-work inspection. Frank-Dale will likely not be the lowest bid (nor the highest!), but provided very good value for the cost. We are satisfied customers!”

“My husband and I asked John to do a complete tear off and framing out a small area of our roof, fix a rotted out section of wood in our kitchen, and replace a fire escape door with a double hung window. Overall, our experience was everything we wanted and more. We are so grateful that the crew was able to come out before the weather got worse, he was very fairly priced (actually the best quote we got!) and the quality of exceeded our expectations. “Nu-Way Builders just completed a job for a new roof and gutters at my residence. Craig and his crew were dependable and clean. I have a dog and the crew made sure the yard was free of nails and debris each evening. They were also polite and answered each question and concern I had regarding the job. I had a concern around my fireplace chimney and Craig and his crew made sure the solution will keep that area free of water issues. In addition, Craig does not tear off the entire roof at one time. He does the roof in sections making sure each evening that the roof is sealed until the next day's work, no worries of a leaky roof!!!! And finally Craig's estimate was fair and reasonable.
