“I have had 2 visits to Glendale Dental and have had great experiences each time. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming and make you feel comfortable (even if your mouth is being held up by a tooth pillow). I also appreciated Dr. Mike's interactions with the hygienists he works with. Goldie had questions about the work Dr. Mike was doing and he was able to explain his rationale for the procedures/process he was doing and was encouraged more questions. In my opinion, having a good working and learning environment will result in better, more efficient procedures and, as a patient, I appreciate efficiency when I'm holding my mouth open! Being at the dentist can be stressful, but everyone there makes you feel comfortable and able to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. At the end of my procedure, I got to pet Lady Pickles, the resident therapy dog and she was very sweet. I highly recommend Glendale Dental!”

She is absolutely the best, professional, knowledgeable, caring and just a very pleasant and personable person. The staff is also outstanding, professional and extremely helpful. “This was my first visit to Forward Dental. I have only gone to small, family run dentists in the past but had to change due to my insurance changing. I was a bit nervous going to a "chain" like Forward Dental. But the care I received was top notch. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. The dental hygienist was friendly, easy to talk to, and did a great job on my teeth. I didn't have any issues or cavities so the doc came in and left real quick, which I was fine with. He was still very friendly and seemed to take an interest in me, even if only for a few minutes. My only complaint is that you guys need to change out the foot covers on your chairs. They are super yellow and look kind of dirty, which makes the whole room look bad.”
