(March 27, 2019, 8:30 am)I recently dropped into Crossfit Greendale for two workouts. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I was greeted immediately upon entering the gym and everyone introduced themselves to me. I was shown where all the equipment was located. The workouts were very good. The owner, Frank, actively coached during the work out, making sure everyone was using proper technique. I am in the Milwaukee area several times a year. This will be my go to place for when I am there!

(November 23, 2018, 6:28 pm)I've been a member for 10 months at this point and I love it. Life gets demanding but I can always find or make time to go to class. Love the staff and the athletes are welcoming and accommodating. Will continue for forever if possible.

Frank, Nina and the rest of the coaches are excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. Also, the people there are so very friendly! It is worth a try! I ❤ CFG!
