(March 30, 2019, 9:12 am)I would recommend Kathy's Creations to anyone looking for that personal touch. I needed a plant for a green funeral and she worked with me to find the right piece and touched base with me throughout the process via email or phone call the way up until it was delivered.

Your customer service skills are exemplary and your delivery was professionally completed leaving my nephew's girlfriend with a smile on her face that will last a month. I am recommending your facility to all my family and Friends.

The Willow accent is just perfect, very elegant indeed. Thank you, so glad I called a local place instead of a 1-800-just-give-me money "service". The bloom snap picture by email is brilliant! (November 7, 2017, 12:28 pm)Kathy, is the most kind and energetic person I know. Currently I am teaching her Spanish so she can better communicate with her Spanish speaking customers. I’ve gotten to learn about her business and herself. This past weekend it was my best friends birthday and I told Kathy I’d love a birthday arrangement for her. Let me tell you, it was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. She was very helpful when it came to what I was looking for, she was able to make something that my best friend very much appreciated. Kathy, is a creative and professional woman and from now on I will continue to shop from Kathy’s 2nd Chance Plants! Thank you for everything Kathy!!
