“I've been here for over a year and it's been a great experience. Management has been out of my life but always there when I call. The tenants are friendly and generally quiet. The location is just far enough away to be quiet but close enough to get where you want to go and it is on roads well traveled enough to get plowed quickly. The only downsides are the apartments are pretty small and there isn't in unit laundry.”

It was built in 1832 and moved to the present site September 7, 1969. At the present time it is open on the fourth Saturday of each month from 2 to 4 pm.
