I'm sorry I forgotten her name but she was there around 7:30 pm on August 30th. And when I had a problem with the room ... It was settled within 5mins.. and another room was provided.. “I am not sure if they have new management or new staff but I didn't experience the complaints other guest expressed. The room and common areas were clean a d well maintained. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly one of the best hotel foods I've had in a long time and all the staff were efficient and friendly. If I ever get stuck in Milwaukee airport again, this hotel will be my first choice.”
