(August 17, 2019, 10:46 pm)Overall great appliances and good service. I bought 4 appliances and had some issues with a couple of them. The issues were taken care of in a tmely manner. I was a little disappointed that the $35 hook up charge does not include leveling of the appliances. I was told by one of the repair guys that none of their competitors does it.
Considering all one needs to level an appliance is a level or a container of water and a few minutes it seems easy enough. If none of the competitors does it by adding this step to the delivery it would make 'As New Appliance' that much better than competitors.
My advice pass on the hook up.
(June 12, 2019, 5:04 pm)Excellent prices for used appliances. They honor their warranty. We purchased a stove, they fixed it right away, no problems since. We are buying another stove for a rental property and will continue using their services. Delivery is $30. If you buy additional appliances, delivery is an additional $5 per appliance. That is a great price! Used electric stoves were running around $240.
