  I have been taking my ML320 CDI there for couple years and I have always had great service and very friendly .

  Price is onpar with the dealership however knowledge and service is obviously superior.
  
  Im not sure if they do this for everyone but the mechanic actually shook my hand and talked to me personally about my car, describing some of my issues in detail and giving me advice for moving forward. At first i was actually upset as i didnt get my car as quickly as i like (in hindsight i was being impatient) and it took a day or two to recieve their 'invoice' detailing my issues after recieving my car,
  
  however my invoice was 3 pages long of issues with my (mid restoration) car; all genuine, mostly important, some could wait but the mechanic most definitely did not waste his time on my car, i've never witnessed such a thorough (1 hour!!) inspection let alone knowledge on a 1992 190e.
  
  I'd definitely come back and recommend to anyone serious about their mercedes!
