The gentleman who serviced me was the same one who took my call less than a half hour before. He was polite on the phone and just as kind in store. He said he would not have to break the lock like other Locksmith’s stated prior. He opened and checked my identity to verify it was mine as I asked him too. He offered to make a copy of the key as a backup so it didn’t happen again. He even helped me get it into my car. Nice costumer service and very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.”
