Chelsea from the Pech office and the property manager Rene were great and took care of any issues within 24 hours of us notifying him. The online rent paying option is a nice feature and each renter can send their portion of the rent with ease. Also the exit process is simple and within two weeks we had almost all of our deposit back (they give you a checklist of things to clean before leaving the apartment).”
