What has kept me here all these years are the relationships with staff and residents (although cupcakes are in the top 5!). “This is an amazing studio! The owners, instructors, and front desk personnel and are very friendly and helpful. The classes are challenging and exciting; I always have fun and have a good laugh or two. The recovery period is always reinforced by an amazing positive message and it really pumps me up for the last few tracks. The classes always have different music which is really refreshing, and each instructor has their own style. I was always a runner, but tried out a few classes here and I was hooked! The first class is free, which is awesome! I tried it out and I haven't looked back! I've brought my mom and my sister here for classes and they both felt it was a great workout! I definitely recommend checking out PowerCycle ASAP!”
