I am a patient of Dr. Thao.
Dr. Thao always takes time to address my concerns, explain the procedures and provide prompt and very comfortable dental solutions.
I never felt pushed in to procedure and every step was explained in details. The staff in the clinic is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. And it's include the front desk ladies. I also like this place because it feels warm, caring and NOT another heartless corporate franchise.
I also had a chance to be treated (as an emergency) by Dr. Ott and she was amazing.

I am new to the area and was having a tooth issue, and to make matters worse I have anxiety of going to the dentist. I went and was seen by Dr. Ott and her dental assistant Sharon was so nice. I have since been back to see the hygienist and it was a great experience. Everyone in the office was great from the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor. I am happy to have found this place. I highly recommend.

I am working with Dr. Thao and staff to reconstruct several areas of my teeth. I am having old crowns or bridges repaired or replaced and will have a new implant crowned. After having orthodontic work done to straighten my front teeth I will consider having crowns mounted on those. I have had Dr. Thao and team perform my dental work for maintenance for a few years and have entrusted them to perform the more complex procedures. The staff is very helpful and the work is very high quality. I would like to thank everyone for their assistance.

We’ve been seeing Dr Thao for a while and have had great experience... my son chipped (more like chunked) his tooth on the weekend... I called Dr Thao, he got back to me very quickly and the office fit my son in Monday morning when I called again during office hours! They were sincere, gave me updates and his tooth looks like it never happened— like magic!! All within an hour!!! At a seemingly reasonable cost with insurance to boot. I continue to trust them and their skill— their calm, confident demeanor continue to diminish my fear of dental work! Thank you so much awesome Dr Thao and awesome staff!!
