“Mark was fantastic, called on a Sunday morning and he was at my house within an hour. Very thorough sewer cleaning for a real rough root problem. Used a small blade to open the lateral and then came through with a real big blade, much bigger than any of the previous companies we have had out used. Got the whole sewer line cleared at a price cheaper than many others for regular hours. Would highly recommend!”

“We called Chris the day of my mother's issue. Her toilet was backed up and she was having all types of plumbing issues. Chris and his assistant came out in the middle of a winter storm to assess her plumbing issues. Sherry who was in constant contact with myself and my mother (71 yrs. young) informed us of when Chris and his assistant would come out to her home to look at the problem. They were there in no time. They fixed the plumbing in the home and even went outside underneath her trailer. He informed us of the problems under ground which clearly can't be rectified until Spring given the harsh winter weather and that was out of their control. However, the did fix the inside plumbing within the mobile home. They explained everything to us and charged a reasonable amount for coming on such short notice and working in a snow storm. They were very polite and did what they could thoroughly informing us that they clearly couldn't fix what was wrong underground due to the harsh winter weather, however they stated they would come back to fix the issue underground when the weather had subsided. Top notch job and we will certainly call them again to come out. Fantastic people, responsive immediately and tell you what's happen in layman's terms. We will certainly recommend Tuffys to other's in need of plumbing repair or diagnostics.”
