“I looked up this store because it was close to my job and I needed assistance quick. When I arrived, I work with a gentleman named Mark. Mark was so helpful, he assisted me with a bulb for my brake light. He replaced the bulb for me without hesitation. I also had a question about coolant, he looked it up on their computer and showed me where I need to fill it. Most places won’t go as far as he did! I really appreciated his help and kindness! I live RIGHT down the road from Lowe's, and it had just started snowing heavily! I was going to see if I could borrow a roller to get it to my place, but the manager himself offered to load up his truck and transport it to my home on his way out.
