The facilities - laundry, trash disposal, elevator on the same floor are great. The heated basement parking is the best especially with an infant. Location near the highway is a great advantage
I had to move out of state due to job changes.I would recommend Lincoln Crest to my friends and coworkers.
Val and Jessi are a wonderful team and always helpful. Maintenance is very prompt and effective. Keep it up guys????

(June 24, 2019, 3:55 pm)These apartments are great!!! The staff is excellent along with the location and just the entire community. They include great amendments such as a dishwasher, nearby laundry room and additional storage locker, underground parking and heat is included! I HIGHLY recommend.
(June 14, 2019, 9:33 am)My husband and I love living here! We have thoroughly enjoyed our first year of marriage in these apartments.
It is *very* affordable for our post-grad life/income. We love the very quiet, safe area, and the exterior is maintained very well throughout the year. All our neighbors are very friendly and we can never hear a single peep through our walls which is awesome!
Some of our favorite features:
Small storage space included!
Two pools and access to an area for grilling
Access to a little workout room
Elevator
Card laundry on every floor
Dishwashers!!
Super kind, friendly, and helpful staff with great communication
Some apartments allow small animals!
There are lots of other features that cater to young families and elder folks too. The only small complaint is that on occasion the hallways/basement have an oder, but that is to be excepted when there are trash chutes and bins. The staff always actively replace the air fresheners in these areas too, so don’t let those reviews turn you off to this place. Overall, 10/10 would recommend living here!
(June 13, 2019, 10:18 pm)I’ve enjoyed living at Lincoln crest Apartments for a little over a year. They have underground heated parking and they pressure wash it after winter. Plus they have plenty of picnic grilling areas, big enough for the community. The other day I seen them handing out otter pops to kids because it was the last day of school. They care about the residents here. I enjoy the staff here ,they’re all friendly. They also throw really cool season parties. The office ladies Angelica, Jessi, and Val are super nice too, I pick up my packages from them once every few weeks.

I love that they have 2 pools! Val & Jessi are amazing, they're always willing to help and listen. I have great neighbors. I don't have to worry about going outside to throw the trash out because we have trash chutes!! Laundry on the same floor and always available when i need to use them. They have a tennis court , basketball court and Playground. The Maintenance men are always fixing little things for me and it's always quick and they don't sit on things. The people that clean the property and buildings are so nice and always cleaning !! they're even walking around early AM to clean up litter! So nice ! When winter comes around they're good at removing the snow. Overall my time here at Lincoln Crest has been positive. Normal Noises, i live in an apartment i don't expect it to be super quiet but my neighbors are always so respectful of my sleep time! I give them a Five star review!!!
