RA's are very curious. The cleaning crew does an excellent job. Everyone here is very polite.
(July 19, 2018, 11:18 am)Everyone is very friendly especially Sue at the front desk. I'm very pleased with the housekeeping. The food is excellent. The staff listens to your comments and they are always trying to do better. The maintenance staff are always trying to solve your problems. The staff here are always willing to help you.
(July 17, 2018, 11:27 pm)5++ stars for the Lifestyle Director Nikki. She is a hard working professional who puts her heart into her work. She cares about the residents and pays close attention to the unique needs of each individual while providing encouragement and compassionate care. Both Nikki and Activities Coordinator, Nicole make a great team. They are respected leaders and approach their work with sincerity and kindness. Thank you for providing a sense of purpose and fun in a welcoming environment.
(July 14, 2018, 4:09 pm)My father was placed at Mitchell Manor for the remainder of his life. The staff were extremely compassionate and treated him with the utmost respect. My sisters and I were impressed with their cleanliness and warm and friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend Mitchell Manor to anyone who needs a caring home for their loved ones.
