Double B's BBQ Restaurant & Timber’s Catering MKE-Style BBQ

First off the decor was very well put together, the atmosphere was extremely pleasant to dine in. Now to the food, only two words come to mind...gastronomic delight. The burnt ends were absolutely amazing, tender and flavorful, with the right amount of sauce and smoke. The cornbread was utterly gone in two bites it was that delicious. The spare ribs were meaty and tasty minus the delicious sauces you could choose to put on them, and for the love of the Creator save room for the pecan pie, no words can describe the symphony of flavors it was. One of the best birthday dinners in my 43 years of existence on this planet!

Great BBQ! Between us, we had baby back ribs, brisket, burnt ends, pulled chicken, beans, mac n' cheese, and cornbread.
All of it was superb. Friendly staff too. We will definitely be back.

It's really good. We got the brisket and pulled pork. We did a 2 meat split plate (with an extra side of mac). Get the mac n cheese. I love mac n cheese...this is a good mac n cheese. They have a variety of sauces...you'll find one you like. The cornbread is good. Everything was really good. I really enjoyed this spot. Definitely check it out. I got the Killer Double B... also delicious. Loved the pepper. The sign outside made us get the bacon balls. Do it.

Really friendly and personable people working...they put the experience over the top. We went around 900p on a Saturday - they close at 1000p. I will definitely stop again when I get the BBQ itch!

Worth the wait!! I was supposed to come here 4 different times and I finally made it. The meat is smoked perfectly and adding your favorite sauce after is very delicious. Don't over look the bake beans just add a little of your favorite sauce to it and you have a sweet and tangy flavor very delicious. And they're corn muffin just melts into your mouth.

Our family of 5 dined at Double B’s for dinner. We got some Baby Back Ribs and a pulled pork sandwich. For sides, we got enough cornbread for everyone, one order of fries, and one order of mac & cheese. We liked the pulled pork the best overall, but the other items were great too. As far as the atmosphere and aesthetic goes, it seemed sort of modern, but a little too dark. Overall a great restaurant with great food so five stars!
