I was not happy so I google plumbing 24hr and got a hold of these guy. What a life saver, they come in while I was on a very important phone call, I just show them the bathroom sink. And before, I finished my phone call, they are done and got the drain plug open. I ran water for about 15 minutes and what a relief. Thank to these nice and knowledge gentle men Gregg and Jeff. I wish they would offer the option to hold an item for a 24hr period instead of only allowing a 30 min hold. Makes no sense to me. Besides that the customer service is outstanding and the employees have no problem dropping what they are doing to help.”
