Sure there may be things that we as students don't agree with, but we're teenagers, there's always going to be something that we disagree with. That's life! The teachers are great! They are very dedicated to making sure we succeed and excel in any career setting we choose. In my opinion, its not the teachers who've forgotten their place, it's the students. “I needed a lot of work done on my guitar, new 3 way pick up switch, new strings, action lowered, and tremolo bridge fixed, polish, fretboard conditioned. Bob and Larry were awesome and got all the repairs and maintenance done within 24 hours. Guitar sounds amazing, pick up switch now works, and the guitar feels great! The price was very affordable as well, I will definitely be back, great shop!”

The location was convenient and we worked together to find a weekly lesson time that worked well for both of us. Keith has been extremely professional, reliable and dedicated to teaching my daughter how to play bass. She has really enjoyed her lessons with him. I highly recommend Keith!”

“Good school. The front parking is a big issue with people stopping their cars in line while traffic backs up. Ignorance. They could use some trash/recycling bins in the front and sides for the kids that litter! Update: Now, I give it 5 stars. With the new principal, things are getting done finally. The NEW parking/pick up arrangement has been fantastic! I see new garbage cans. I do propose more garbage cans, especially in the front of the school. I also propose more benches. Especially by the playground so parents can sit.”

“Stormonth is an amazing school! There are various grade schools in the area, all which are terrific. Stormonth has fantastic teachers, a communicative team of staff leaders and they have supplementary aid for those that need a boost in reading/writing, which my sons have. Great parents also make a big difference as it is an active group for fundraising, engagement and accountability for the kids. We have 3 kids, 1 who's now at Bayside and 2 still at Stormonth. The school has time and again exceeded our expectations! We have our favs but all the teachers have been top notch.”

“I love this school! My children have been here since they were 2! The teachers are all so loving, gentle and nurturing. They really love the children here. I love that they are all 4 year degreed teachers in early childhood ed. & the are accredited by NAEYC! I really couldn't ask for a better place to send my children. It's small, non-profit, low child to teacher ratios. Each child is encouraged to learn and grow at their own individual pace. Just wonderful!!!”

“Emma the daycare director is the most caring person I've ever worked with in the childcare industry. She is understanding, and welcoming. She was the only facility in our area that was able to work with our needs/schedules on a last minute basis and we loved our time there. My daughter loved going and never cried once being dropped off or picked up and I havent witnessed any child crying at drop off. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the area. They are very reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. I don't know what I would've done without them, and if the need arises in the future we will be back! Thank you NLCD you're amazing!”

“My children attending Milwaukee Montessori School from age 3 in Children’s House through 8th grade. There were three requirements when I started looking for a school for my children and those requirements were that it have high academic rigor, be diverse, and be a Montessori school. Milwaukee Montessori School was the only school that met these three requirements. Milwaukee Montessori has a high level of academic rigor. I have known many parents who left Milwaukee Montessori School only to come back a year later because the work their child was doing in the new school had done years prior at Milwaukee Montessori School. The rigor can be seen in the beautiful cursive writings of the Children’s House children, and it can be seen in all the national awards students receive, from writing to music and arts, to technology and robotics. In a hyper segregated city such as Milwaukee, it is difficult to find a school that is truly diverse. Milwaukee Montessori is diverse racially, socially, and economically. Not only is Milwaukee Montessori diverse, but the children and the school value each other. Once a child is part of the Milwaukee Montessori School, they are part of the community. The delivery of the lessons in a Montessori environment teaches that learning is understanding and in life learning should be constant and not limited to a course book. My children learn things that they are interested in on their own and they teach themselves things because Milwaukee Montessori School instilled in them an empowerment that they are a partner in their own learning and because of this they are lifelong learners. My children are now attending a New England boarding school and thriving because of the preparation at Milwaukee Montessori School. The school administration was instrumental in assisting with the process. The school administration has been instrumental in placing students in high academic high schools, including several students attending boarding schools over the years. Attending Milwaukee Montessori School was an investment in my children that is already paying off only a short time after graduation.”
