“I have owned my ADK Laptop for over 7 years now. I purchased it for audio (ProTools) and video (Avid Media Composer) home studio projects exclusively. Though it can handle anything, I use another computer for standard computer needs, so that I don't corrupt my ADK machine. It has worked flawlessly since the day I got it. It has handled every audio/video project that I have worked on with no problems. It is a Windows 7 system, so I know I'll eventually have to upgrade it, but it sounds great and works perfectly, so until it becomes too obsolete or I become obsolete, I'm sticking with it. The ADK support staff has been very attentive when I've needed them, but the laptop works so well, I don't tend to need a lot of support. When I do, it's usually something I've screwed up and not the computer. ADK makes a great product. I am completely satisfied.”

I called today, August 7th, 2021, to get information about the extended warranty I purchased. I spoke with Mark again, and he was able to immediately look it up and will be emailing it to me. I think the documentation for the warranty got lost in my own personal shuffle. I bought my car during tax season, I'm a CPA, and I wasn't paying attention to my own paperwork during that time. I will definitely buy another car from Mark at Selig. I recommend not paying attention to the negative review by someone who couldn't get her warranty information from Mark.”
