“Yes, sometimes pharmacy wait times are long, but I've experienced this at many other pharmacies. A couple of the pharmacists and techs have been extremely helpful in numerous situations: dealing with insurance, confusing doctor orders, refill miscommunications, and got situations resolved for me while maintaining a friendly manner. The only real issue I've had is some occasional long wait times, but that is not every visit. Overall I've been pleased with the service from the pharmacy.”
