“I agree about the long wait times being a bit frustrating at times, but the staff makes up for it. Just one of many examples, I went there one day to get an economy-sized bottle (200 tablets) of an otc medicine that I've been taking regularly for years (and it's relatively expensive, hence the usefulness of buying in bulk), but all they had at that moment were the smaller sized bottles. I asked an employee who was stocking the aisle if they might have some in back. He said their delivery was coming in later that day, and asked if the price was the reason I bought in large quantities. He happened to be a manager, so he took two bottles that were 100 tablets each, walked me to the counter, and told the cashier to charge me the cost of the bottle of 200. It saved me like $7. That's genuine customer service, and it's worth waiting a few extra minutes to me.”

So if you know that you need a heavy gauge mop or a case of shop towels they’re great. They have a nice selection of Milwaukee tools as well as a full catalog which is available either online or in paper form. Fortunately for me they knew exactly what I needed. “We can't say enough good about this dealership. We are from Illinois and drove up here to buy our Hyundai Tucson. We emailed them to see if the car was available. They emailed us right away to let us know that is was. The communication from that point on was constant. We told them what we had to trade and the deal was all done through email. They gave us what we asked for. When we got to the dealership to pick up the Tucson we were treated very well. They had the Tucson ready for us. The whole transaction was wonderful, they were so nice. They didn't pull any fast ones on us nor did they push any extra warranties. They also didn't mark the car up. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive. We were in and out under an hour. The next day I had am email from the sales manager and the general manager to make sure the transaction was smooth and that we were treated well. They also told us if there was anything that we needed to let them know! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!! You won't be disappointed.”
