He went out of his way to help me! In his line of busy there’s no way it was worth his time but he still assisted anyway. Scott would proceed to help me with two other issues in the weeks that followed. These issues while within his scope of work clearly prevented him from capitalizing on towing opportunities as it was in winter months in a remote area where he is one of very few towing companies available.
