A talented and trustworthy mechanic shop like Carisma is priceless. My mother used them for decades. Carisma has kept running great these 22 years and now I bought it. At 184,000 miles the little Civic is running great. I like going to someone who is very focused on Hondas. Staff is straightforward, professional and honest. Great mechanics, great people.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. And once you’ve been a couple of times they get to know you and your car. That’s particularly important when you have an older vehicle which may need more attention. However, unlike national chains, they never offer coupons or discounts. Saving something on repairs would be helpful when it takes 4 extra days for a part to come in for your car. Or waiving the $80 fee to inspect your car when you’re having them do the work would be nice.

This place was recommended to me by a co-worker who has had a few Hondas. I own an Acura MDX and they are the only place i trust to work on it. Reasonable prices and quality work. Clean, friendly, honest and professional. I wish every business was run like Car-Isma.
