It was fantastic, and a complete 180 change from the previous dealership I had been using. It was also what brought us out to Newman to purchase the vehicle to begin with. Again, Newman knocked it out of the park. You have the best waiting room and amenities. The staff was very pleasant and ready to assist me when I arrived and then the service went by very quickly. Thank-you again! The Newman staff has brought back my faith in dealerships... I am willing to drive 45 minutes to go to Newman, over local dealerships.

Excellent personal service in the buying process. All verbal agreements were honored. Before the car came in we were updated as to status of the vehicle and its arrival date. We have bought several cars from Newman since 1999 and the experience is always the same. In addition, this dealership has a first rate service department.
