After reading the 1 star review he asked me to help him write a review of his own: "the Grafton store manager happens to be one of my favorite managers. He is polite, courteous, and very helpful going beyond the call of duty. He always says "thank YOU from buying from Hein". I will always continue to buy my supplies from them".
