“The owner is very nice and the food is great, but the teenagers working there are very rude and have no customer service skills. When we walked in, we were the only ones in there and they did not greet us or offer any help. You may want to re-evaluate your employees Edit: In the last two years this place and everyone there has been exceptional, favorite and friendliest big Apple Bagels I've been to!”
