  I cannot say enough positive about these two trainers- they know their stuff, are careful to avoid injury, and encourage the client. I decided my exercise routine of walking regularly was not enough, and sought fitness training from Pilates or Yoga or exercise class. I landed at Pure Fitness in a class of women, all 5 to 15 years younger than I. Chellie is excellent at keeping it interesting, good for the body, and positive psychologically. Even this old, out of shape lady feels good leaving the class.

  Mike and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and focused on results. My fitness level and overall health has improved dramatically since I started working with Mike. I know that is down to a lot of factors but the structured workouts and expert advice I have received from Mike have played a huge part.
