I've had staff go out of their way to get me special orders, to allow me to return defective products within 30 days, and to try new coil types and vape juices by offering great discounts. While they stock a smaller range of products than some other smoke shops, what they don't carry are cheap things like wooden pipes, rolling papers, and bargain brand tobacco.
