(March 3, 2023, 5:03 pm)We cannot say enough good things about The Fire Factory / Chimney Concepts and our experience with them purchasing and installing our new Stuv fireplace insert. Our initial visit to the showroom, talking to Matt, was low-key and informative. He listed to our needs and wants and guided us to the product he felt best suited our home. Next came Bobby, doing a site visit to our home to ensure we had selected the appropriate product and make sure all was ready for installation. Again, such a low-key and informative appointment, Bobby really helped us feel comfortable with our selection and the install process to come. Right on schedule and on time, Brad and Cody arrived for the installation. They were friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about the product and process! During the several hours they were in our home for installation, they explained their work and went above and beyond fitting our new stove into this 1960s house with a rough stone fireplace. There was extra care cutting/grinding some of the stone to make sure if fit just right. They kept the work area tidy and we had very minimal cleanup to do when they were finished. Both Brad and Cody made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the stove before they left, and expressed thanks for our business. Overall, The Fire Factory / Chimney Concepts exceeded our expectations with the selection, purchase and installation of our Stuv insert. We feel lucky to have found them and look forward to working with these professionals for all of our fireplace needs in the future (cleanings, inspections as needed) Thanks guys! You are all awesome!

We really appreciate Jerad and Dylan for explaining how to operate it and they left the place very clean. It was a professional experience. We love it and are cozy and warmer. Thanks guys!!!

(June 17, 2022, 5:29 pm)Our technician Tighearnan (Tier-Nan) from Chimney Concepts LLC was fantastic. He was professional, polite, and informative. His work is high quality with attention to details which I like. Our new Chimney Firewalls make us feel safe about using our real wood fireplace. Of course, he came to our home to complete the cleaning and replace our firewalls. Chimney Concepts LLC was thoughtful enough to send us a biography and pictures of Tighearnan so we could feel comfortable he was not just any stranger creeping around our home. They furnished high quality materials with a lifetime warranty. We are very pleased.
