Balsam Lake Brick Oven Breads

Those is a tiny little bakery that is only open certain days, check the sign. Usually Thurs, Friday, Sat. But the bread is only on Friday and Saturday I think. They have a variety of tasty breads made the old fashioned way of real sourdough and brick oven baked. They also carry some local cheese, jam, butter and other local products. The owners here are great! Check out the plants and bird store too!

Small place but nice people make bread 1st and 3rd week of the month open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Variety of special 🍞 breads also sell bird seed honey, maple 🍁 syrup, jams and jelly 😋 hulless popcorn 🍿 too

Fun place to stop at when in Taylor's falls area. We usually stop here and pick up jam, cheese, syrup. Delicious curated stuff. Mainly though, were pick up a few loafs of bread and phenomenal savory and sweet focaccias. Sooooo goooooooood

The bread is sooo good and wholesome ingredients! The people are so nice. And they have great cheese selection.

Great organic, artisan breads from grain that's ground in-house before baking in their wood fired oven...delicious and always fresh out of the oven! There's always something new that Kent and Muriel are trying.....weather it's Toby Creek Sourdough, Spelt, or Fucaccia. Along with their selections of cheeses, craft brews, or dairy. All locally sourced. Great food and great folks!
