He carefully packaged it back up and promptly reported the broken equipment to Amazon. He then stayed in contact with me to ensure I could get it assembled as soon as the new pieces were shipped to me. The second time around, all went smoothly. I would recommend this service to others.

(January 17, 2019, 12:15 pm)Helpful Badger was sent out to install a lift in my garage. The way the roof is set up made the installation far from easy or standard, so Jake constructed a bracket in the rafters and had to get creative to make it work. He ended up spending significantly more time than planned by no fault of his own and without protest. The lift works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with Helpful Badger's level of professional service.
