“3 years ago I purchased a 2004 Honda 1300 VTX with twin trumpet air horns made by Rivco. This year the horns suddenly stopped working and my local shop was having trouble figuring out the problem. I emailed Rivco and Erica Downey from Rivco got back to me right away with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem which worked and the horns are now back running perfectly. These horns have worked flawlessly since I owned the bike apart from this recent problem which was connected to an air compressor that had failed, and horns that needed to be cleaned. I should also point out that when I contacted Rivco I mentioned the possibility of purchasing replacement parts from them for the Horn and Ms. Downey's response was as noted above. The point is that they didn't try and make a sale, but rather told me how to fix the problem, which resulted in no monetary benefit to them. This shows that this is an honourable and trustworthy business. Great service and I am giving them top marks.”

“When I started doing Tai Chi two years ago I was unable to stand long enough to make supper, due to the drugs I take for a medical condition. After 4 months of Tai Chi, I noticed the pain and side effects were decreasing and the only thing I changed was adding Tai Chi to my retinue. My Oncologist is so impressed that he reminds me to keep up the Tai Chi when I see him. He told me that he thinks that the Tai Chi is working as well as the chemo to keep the cancer at bay. My instructor, Ron, is great. He is very knowledgeable and patient.”

They help you in what ever way they can, from food pantry, Holiday food baskets, Christmas/Yule ( what ever it is you celebrate) gifts, for anyone with a minor child in the home (but you'll have to sign up for basically everything they help you with). They will provide so many item's of clothing for each family member registered on your account free ,I believed once a year or maybe every 6 MO. They help me when I need it which isn't too often, and I return the favour by donating back to the food pantries, Furniture and Kids Store. Awesome place if you're in need for whatever reason. I always give back when I get bk on my feet.”

“We needed to move my Mom to assisted living in a very short amount of time. The staff were wonderful - went above and beyond to make it happen. When we moved her in they had put two big bowls of her favorite snack (Grapes) in the fridge and had a little live flower waiting for her.
