I read the reviews first and then called the company before ordering, 612-888-7483 and had ask a bunch of questions they answered them, but, wanting to make sured they worked, I had the water tested and they work fine. I ordered a pack of 4 more filters for $38.00 from ebay, same company, but cheaper.
