“Cedric, at your Marriott location in Racine WI, was the most pleasant, accommodating and courteous Budget Representative I have ever dealt with. Unlike picking up a rental at the airport, Cedric took the time to inspect the vehicle with me. He explained all the features of the vehicles and even informed me that the headlights did not go off automatically - something that could have been a big problem had he not pointed that out. Cedric was alone in the office and I was not the only customer but he did not rush me or hurry the process. He is truly a dedicated caring employee and Budget is lucky to have such a conscientious employee! ”
