“J & E Heating and Cooling is the best! My furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday late afternoon. I called and immediately they contacted a Service Tech to be at our home within 30 minutes. He was extremely friendly and immediately assessed the situation. He informed us he would need to get a major part first thing in the morning. He provided a couple space heaters for us to use. First thing in the morning he drove an hour away with non plowed streets after a snow storm to get the part. He called an reassured us he will be there to fix it. “I bought a used but in excellent condition car from this dealership in Feb 2018 and it is absolutely the best car that I've ever owned in my life. We live three states away and flew into their airport to pick up the car. They picked us up at the airport and took us back to the dealer and then we drove the car home. This dealership and it's staff was nothing but a hundred percent helpful in my purchase. There's obviously a reason why they are a five-star car dealership. Hard to find.”
