“I had 1 key for my horse trailer that I was lucky enough to get at Wills rv. I wanted 2. No camping places had it. I brought the lock and one key to union grove hardware. It took at least an hour but he managed to duplicate by one key. That is true customer service. I bought somethings I didn't need or want just bc I wanted to spend more than 3 dollars for the 2 keys. “After installation of a furnace in my house by Sheltons Heating & Air Conditioning, I entered into a contract with them that they service it yearly and charge a reasonable fee for the same. I had really forgotten of such an arrangement until a technician knocked at my door a year later. He took his time, replaced the filter, adjusted the thermostat and explained that everything else was working perfectly.
