“To be honest I hesitant to go here at first. But I am 58 years old and work a very physical job that I enjoy doing very much and CORE is only a few blocks from my work. This place is a WIN !!!! I was very sore when I first came in and I sat down with the physical therapist and we covered what my main problem spots were and what was bothering me the most. The therapist massaged out my back and I felt better than I have in a very long time. I have been going every other week for a couple of months and am truly feeling better and more balanced than I have felt in the last 20 years. You don't need to be an elite athlete to use this place , I believe it offers something for everyone.”
