Kayser Chevrolet Buick GMC

I went to Kayser with my husband to pick up his new truck. When we arrived, Kurt was right there, and ready to welcome us. Since my husband had business to take care of inside with Kurt, I told them it was such a beautiful day, I was just going to go walk around the lot and dream. While I was out there, I found a vehicle that I was very interested in, but I wasn’t there to buy. When I went back in I jokingly told both Kurt and my husband “I found the perfect vehicle out there”. I don’t know how and when he did it, but before I knew it, Kurt had that vehicle up and running by the door and told me to go check it out. Long story short… We went to Kayser to pick up my husband’s new-used truck, and ended up driving home in two beautiful new-used vehicles. Kurt really made our day! After all of our business was taken care of, he came out to individually explain everything about our own vehicles. A few days later, Kurt called to follow up and asked how we were liking our new vehicles. He also reminded us that if we ever need anything, we could just reach out and he would be happy to help. From the minute we walked in to Kayser, to the minute we drove away, Kurt was hospitable, personable, professional, and we all enjoyed several laughs together. Thank you Kurt for making the car buying process easy and such a positive experience! We will definitely highly recommend anyone to see Kurt @ Kayser!

Everyone I encountered was courteous and patient with me. I had numerous questions and they did not hesitate to answer each one. The wait time for my vehicle to be serviced was not long at all. Though I did not have time to utilize the complimentary car wash, I did receive a coupon to use at a later date. I was thoroughly please with the service that was provided. I will definitely be visiting this dealership in the future for all my car maintenance needs.

I had dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday, but my appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. I didn't expect them to begin work on my vehicle until then. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call Monday morning informing me that the work was already complete! High quality, quick, and friendly service.

Edgar was very helpful, friendly and did a nice job. Chris stepped in as well, to make this a pleasurable experience. I greatly appreciate Karen who resolved an issue with my vehicle.
Many people in the service area greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. The man who drove the shuttle was very pleasant to ride with and I felt comfortable riding with him. He is a caring person and safe driver.

The overall experience was very good. The facility was clean, Kyle was helpful, prompt, clear, friendly, and always reachable in person or via text. The communication was stellar, the waiting room was well appointed, and my time there was really solid.

The cost seemed to be high, but the experience was premium, and while I won't use a GM dealership for my usual upkeep, I would have no qualms about returning should circumstances warrant. My overall experience was very positive. Thanks, again, to Kyle for his help.
