Great business to deal with. Communication was solid, Al was very nice and helpful. The work they did looks great, and I was surprised at pickup to see they vacuumed the cleaned the interior. This is how businesses should do business. I hated that I needed to fix my car after an accident, but CarStar made it much easier to deal with. Thanks guys!

City Car Star is amazing. My car looks amazing. Their customer service was impeccable. They even had a loaner car free of charge (except fuel of course) for me the entire time. AL Brandenburg kept in contact with me all the way through. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any repairs or service!

We have gone to City CarStar a few times and each time have been beyond impressed with their services and treatment. Everyone is great to work with and their repairs are always amazing. They are worth more than 5-stars, hands down. I don't think we will ever use a different repair shop!

Excellent service, friendly staff, and excellent workmanship for damage to my 2020 BMW front bumper. They made sure it was fixed correctly with OEM parts. The paint job was excellent and matched perfectly. When I needed a car, they gave me a very nice loaner. Highly recommend them.

This is my second time taking my car to Carstar and they never disappoint! The whole staff is super nice, easy to talk to and personable. They gave me an expected date that my car would be ready and it was ready on time. I will continue to take my vehicle here when needed and will refer them to others!
